Hi, I’m Michelle!

I’m the owner, holistic esthetician and health and wellness coach behind Ensō Skincare & Wellness.

For nearly 25 years, my work has centered on helping women feel better in their bodies and more confident in themselves. After more than a decade in health and fitness, I graduated from The Studio Academy of Beauty in April 2018. Ensō grew from my desire to bring those experiences together in one space, connecting skincare with care for the whole person.

My approach considers your skin alongside your daily habits, movement, nutrition, stress and stage of life. Together we explore what’s working, what needs attention and what changes feel realistic for you.

In the treatment room I specialize in sensitive skin conditions and natural age management, offering personalized facials and targeted treatments to support healthier, more resilient skin. My services focus on options beyond injections, lasers, and medical aesthetic procedures.

Through health and wellness coaching, I help you put your goals into practice with guidance, structure and accountability. That might mean building strength, improving eating habits, making room for rest or finding a routine you can actually maintain.
